Privacy policy

We collect only what you send us through the audit or contact form: your name, work email address, and optionally your phone number, company, website, team size, the bottleneck you selected, the services you are interested in, an indication of enquiry volume and budget, and your message.

We also record the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, so we know which of our own efforts brought you here.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a useful audit, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

The form asks you to confirm that we may contact you about your enquiry and store the details for that purpose. We record that confirmation with your submission. You may withdraw it at any time.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load a third-party tracking script. We measure a small number of page and form events in a cookie-free way so we can see which pages are useful. Nothing we measure identifies you personally. This is why you are not being shown a cookie banner: there is no non-essential tracking to consent to.

Submissions are stored in a secured database that is not readable by the public. Access is limited to authorised StemSolutions administrators who are signed in. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing purposes. We use reputable service providers for hosting, database storage and, where configured, email notification. They process the data on our behalf and under our instruction.

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are commercially useful, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email info@stemsolutions.co.za and we will respond.

If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
